Carl Condon, Vice President for Technology Development, Bell Canada

Carl Condon is responsible for Bell Canada's "wireline" technology portfolio on a national basis. He leads Bell's VoIP, MPLS, access and video initiatives in this role. He has 15 years experience in networking; he has been involved in every major aspect of BCE's growth in data networks. In this role, he introduced TCP/IP, routers and switching to Bell Canada and delivered Bell's first managed network services.
