As society completes the quantum leap from an analog world into a digital one, time and proximity no longer hold sway over our relationships. The ubiquity of the Internet has given us 24/7 access to information, and mobile technology has unchained us from the desktop. We’ve evolved to a point where seamless real-time communication and collaboration across distances is not only possible, but also a competitive advantage for Canadian organizations.
This presentation will discuss how some companies are already benefiting from a unified communications strategy, with a look at where the technology is headed in the future.
