Scott was Assistant Vice President of Finance at international steel company ARBED Americas Inc. where he managed the financial side of a worldwide SAP implementation, put together all JV agreements and helped complete strategic M&A transactions. Previously, he was a staff accountant with KPMG. Scott received a BS in Accounting Magna Cum Laude from St. John's
University.

Scott currently is COO and Vice President - Corporate Development for pulver.com Enterprises, where his responsibilities include all financial as well as M&A activities. He also holds several interim positions within the pulver.com family of companies, including acting CFO of WHP Wireless.
