Wednesday, September 13, 2006, 1:00pm - 2:00pm
WR analyst Marc Beattie will explain the challenge of declining per minute unattended audio rates and the movement toward placing those minutes on the corporate network. Countering this is an increase in the “value-add” features being developed by CSPs. Gene Warren of ACT Teleconferencing will discusses ACT’s approach to offering higher margin collaboration services, coupled to their strategic goals in exploiting VoIP and IP connectedness.
