Genzyme has undergone a transformation in the use of collaboration and conferencing in the last three years. Teleconferencing Technologies manager, Jim DiMarino will set us straight and tell us what really matters in the minds of end users.

James DiMarino is the Manager of Teleconferencing Services at Genezyme. For the past 7 years, Jim and his group have been responsible for audio, video/video streaming and web conferencing along with AV. Prior to Genzyme, he was employed for 10 years at Partners Health Care Systems as a Telecom billing specialist.
