Workshop B1: Beyond Voice: Exploiting the Potential of Collaboration
Wednesday, September 13, 2006, 11:00am - 12:00

VoIP is just the beginning. Bringing together voice, presence, IM, video and web, collaboration allows customers to seamlessly move from one form of communication to another. What is the potential for "converged" communication? Are enterprises and customers buying it? How do you create a successful communications ecosystem? What does the market look like? Who's offering it? Lou Guercia of WebDialogs will address these questions and more in this presentation. He will share his vision for converged communications and his experience selling and delivering it in the market. Join him, go beyond voice and explore the possibilities.
