Chris Celiberti, Director Advanced Services, NeuStar
Chris Celiberti works in the strategic technologies group at NeuStar, Inc. and is a telecommunications VoIP veteran focused on the OSS\BSS space. Chris has worked in positions including System Engineering, Product and Program Management and Business Development for several fortune 500 companies. Additionally, Chris has been an active participant in several global standards groups as well as an industry speaker.
Alan Duric, CTO, Telio
Alan Duric is co-founder and Chief Technology Officer at Telio, the fastest-growing Nordic Broadband Telephony/Multi-Modal service provider. Mr. Duric is an early pioneer of VoIP and brings almost a decade of experience in VoIP and active contribution through his development and standardization work (as a co-author and/or contributor to number of IETF, ETSI, and ITU standards). Beside his standardization work, as a developer and senior systems architect at Ericsson, Mr. Duric was involved in the early deployment and development of some of the world's largest VoIP networks such as deltathree. At Global IP Sound (suppliers of voice components for Skype), Mr. Duric worked as Senior Systems Architect, where he steered standardization efforts and was responsible for iLBC (internet Low Bitrate Codec), an IETF and CableLabs standard codec for VoIP.
Stefan Hagbard, Solution Development Manager, TeliaSonera
Stefan Hagbard has been working in the Telecom and IT business for more than 30 years, mostly within TeliaSonera. The last 10 years has he worked with mobile and IP integration and VoIP solutions. Stefan has paid special interest in layered architecture and service’s serving many networks. Before that he worked with IT systems, data communication and fixed voice. Stefan has a degree in Business Administration from the University of Uppsala, Sweden.
Franz Seiser, Head of CN Evolution, T-Mobile International
Franz Seiser's first contact with VoIP was as SW developer for a PBX in 1998. Involved in development of SW for a VoIP-switchboard of a PBX. He moved to US, Silicon Valley, in 1999, and worked at a start-up company (bought by a major telecoms-vendor) on a VoIP based PBX. Mr. Seiser joined mobile communications industry in mid-2000 (max. mobil in Austria, renamed to T-Mobile Austria later). Involved in preparations for 3G (license auction, vendor selection, contract negotiations). Moved to T-Mobile International (Austria) end of 2002. Working on core-network related mid- to long term issues, also involved in standardisation (3GPP). IP and VoIP currently one of the major topics for core network evolution.
Martin Silman, Director, Global Offer Management, AT&T
Martin Silman manages the development and deployment of AT&T's products and services outside of the US. His responsibilities range from individual private lines to the application hosting capabilities in the AT&T Internet Data Centres around the world. Prior to joining AT&T Martin managed the European network product team for IBM. He graduated in Computer Science from Portsmouth University, UK and has been active in the industry for 20 years.
Matthew Townend, Marketing Director, Inclarity
Matthew Townend joined Inclarity in August 2004 and is responsible for all aspects of Marketing for the business. His knowledge of both the telecoms and ISP & IP arenas is important in helping Inclarity to continue to dominate the Broadband telephony space. Up until August 2004 Matt was MCIs Senior Director for Partnering & Solutions in Europe. In this role Matt was responsible for driving all elements of sales, marketing for these Partnerships for MCI throughout the region.
Matt has had a series of senior product, marketing & sales post during his 9 years with UUNET/MCI and was responsible for launching one of the first VPN portfolios into the European Market.
