Reinhard Franz, Director, Product Management ,Next Generation Networks, Siemens CommunicationsReinhard Franz, born in 1952 in Kempten (Germany), received his degree in Mathematics 1978 from Ludwig-Maximilian University in Munich. He joined the Siemens Communications Division, where he since held various positions in development, systems engineering, marketing and product management, both in Germany and in the United States. His work areas include ISDN, SS7, Access, Broadband/ATM, VoIP. Currently Reinhard Franz is director of product management for Next Generation Networks with a focus on trunking, media gateways and signaling.
