Dmitry Goroshevsky, CEO, Popular Telephony

Dmitry Goroshevsky, is a leading Internet Telephony pioneer with over a decade of expertise in IP telephony. Most recently he incorporated Popular Telephony Inc. in 2001. From 1996 to 2000, Mr. Goroshevsky was CEO of Internet Telecom Ltd., one of the first IP telephony core technology development companies to spearhead the development of advanced IP telephony systems for the broadband cable and PBX markets. Mr. Goroshevsky guided Internet Telecom through innovation, growth and sale in 2000 to Terayon Communications Systems (NASDAQ: TERN). Trained as a media communications producer and director, Mr. Goroshevsky was influenced by the expansion of the Internet in the early 90s and became one of the first to recognize and develop the potential of voice over IP. In 1995, he co-founded and managed Delta Three (NASDAQ: DDDC), the first global VoIP service provider. During the late 80s, Mr. Goroshevsky co-founded the First Open University in St. Petersburg, Russia. 

Mr. Goroshevsky's innovative vision and business insight have culminated in the design, development and patenting of the serverless telephony concept that created Popular Telephony's Peerio(TM).



Nancy Goguen, Executive Director, Texas Instruments

Ms. Nancy Goguen is responsible for Broadband Strategic Marketing at Texas Instruments. She is a frequent industry speaker, and serves on several advisory boards.
Previously, she was Vice President, Marketing, Telogy Networks. Prior to joining Telogy Networks, which was acquired by Texas Instruments in August of 1999, Ms. Goguen held several positions at Lucent Technologies including Vice President, GSM Offer and Business Management, Swindon, England. While at Lucent Technologies, and previously AT&T, she held a wide range of positions in marketing, product management, strategy and development. Ms. Goguen holds a B.A. in Mathematics from Harvard University and an M.S. in Computer Science from the University of Pennsylvania.



Alain Mouttham, CEO, SIPquest

Mr. Mouttham is a veteran CEO with experience spanning multi-domain software solutions for the Carrier and Enterprise markets. He was Co-founder and CEO of imGenie, a wireless Internet application vendor, which developed a dynamic personalization platform using intelligent agent technology. At Nortel Networks, he was responsible for the network and service management solutions market strategy for wireless Internet, IP Telephony and Optical networks. As Founder and CEO of NetManSys, a Silicon Valley start-up, Mr. Mouttham provided network management software solutions for Carriers. At Hewlett-Packard, he headed the R&D team of one of its most successful products, HP Openview. Mr. Mouttham has a Masters in Computer Science from Stanford University and MBA executive development from INSEAD.



James Rafferty, Senior Product Manager, IP Telephony, Brooktrout Technology

James Rafferty is the Senior Product Manager for IP Telephony at Brooktrout Technology. James is responsible for Brooktrout’s IP and carrier voice product lines. James is also active in the IP Telephony standards process through his work with the MEGACO working group of the Internet Engineering Task Force and related contributions to ITU-T Study Group 16. James holds a B.S. and a Master of Engineering degrees in Management Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, New York.



Jimmie Wiklund, VP Business development, Telio

Jimmie Wiklund is CEO of Telio SIP services SA. Telio Sip Services is handling the international expansion of Telio AS, the fastest growing Nordic network independent Broadband Telephony service provider. Expansion is done both under own brand name and via white label agreements.
Prior to joining Telio Sip services, Jimmie held leading positions at telecom operators in Sweden and Norway. Most recently he was business unit manager at B2 Bredband AB, responsible for Broadband Telephony and FTTH/xDSL.
