After the smoke clears…living with an IP PBX
Tuesday, October 19, 2004, 3:45pm - 5:00pm

So many times promises of productivity find themselves lost in translation, as network implementations get sidetracked by redirection and changes that have to be supported after the process is underway. Without naming names, the vendors share their experiences about what they promised to deliver and then watching the plan deviate when it went into production. Panelists share the lessons learned and answer the questions:

· Did the employees adapt and adopt or revolt?
· Was the ROI delivered?
· Did the project manager succeed?
· What could have been done better?
