Jay Brandstadter, Professional Advisor, Computer Sciences Jay Brandstadter's responsibilities at CSC include working with Federal and other clients in VoIP. His diversified career in telecommunications and IT spans over 40 years since starting with Bell Labs in first-generation electronic switching systems. He had been with vendor and user organizations, DoD, high-tech start-ups and others in both engineering and marketing positions. Jay was one of the original members of the North American ISDN Users Forum, and in 1999 he founded the Washington Area Voice over Data Users Group. He has presented at numerous industry conferences including VON and VoiceCon, and has published on VoIP/IP telephony in the U.S. and Canada. He is a graduate of Columbia University. Priscilla Doyle, Technical Manager, Lucent Technologies Priscilla is responsible for Enterprise VoIP Integration Services for Lucent Worldwide Services. Her career spans 24 years with experience in product development, deployment and support, project and program management, network and software integration services. Her career includes integration projects for Enterprise customers implementing Unified Messaging and IP Management as well as major wireline Service Providers in North America.
Ed Morea, VP Northeast, MBT International Ed Morea, MBTi’s VP of the Northeast Region, has over 16 years of leadership and management experience with telecommunications companies. Morea served as Vice President Professional Services at Lexent where he managed the development of new markets and services and Executive Director in the Customer Solutions and Engineering Group, within the Telcordia Professional Services Organization. As Executive Director, he managed a group that developed comprehensive Professional Services proposals and delivery program management. Before Telcordia, Morea gained great experience in the Procurement, Network Planning and Marketing Technical Support organizations at NYNEX/Bell Atlantic, now Verizon. Morea has a Masters in Business Finance from Fordham University and Bachelors in Electrical Engineering from SUNY Maritime College.
Matt Noah, CEO, NetSuds.com Matt Noah has been CEO of NetSuds since 2000 after leaving ADC in Minnetonka, Minnesota where he worked in Business Development and the Office of Technology. Prior to ADC, Matt held engineering positions at Telogy Networks, ACT Networks, AT&T Bell Labs, ITT and Rockwell. He holds a BS degree in Electrical Engineering from North Dakota State University and a MS degree in EE from Stanford University where he graduated in 1981.
Richard Whitehead, CTO, Clarus Systems Richard is responsible for the technology direction for Clarus Systems, Inc., a venture funded developer of active test software solutions for VoIP and IP Telephony environments. His rich technical background includes 22 years in Broadband and Baseband communications and specialized experience with network management technologies most recently as VP Strategic Technologies for Micromuse Inc. (Nasdq:MUSE). His career includes data communications projects for the UK Ministry of Defense and LAN, WAN and emerging network management technologies for Retix Systems and Spider Systems (now part of Intel). At Spider he established the company’s Remote Diagnostic Service business unit. Recently Mr. Whitehead was appointed to the Advisory Board of Meriton, Inc, an optical networking solutions vendor.
