The Summit Chairman shares his view. Ralph Hayon, CEO, Natural Wireless Ralph Hayon is the CEO and founder of Natural Wireless, LLC, a company focused on wireless services, systems and solutions for businesses and communities. The company is focused on wireless for public Internet access, voice of IP and IP video applications, including indoor and outdoor applications. In 1998, Mr. Hayon founded congruency, inc. a voice over IP company that introduced the industry's first HTML based color LCD, touch screen IP telephone, the i.Picasso 6000 and Linux based CNS3200 IP telecommunications system. As CEO of congruency, Mr. Hayon succeeded in raising $24M of funding and merging congruency with Telrad Tenecs in 2002 to form Telrad Connegy, a worldwide telecommunication equipment provider for enterprises with annual revenues of over $20M for 48% of the newly merged company. Prior, Mr. Hayon was Vice President of Wireless Data at Geotek Communications, a wide area wireless communications service provide. Prior to this position, Mr. Hayon held technical and business positions at AT&T Bell Laboratories for 9 years, including wireless telephony (AT&T's Autoplex System). Mr. Hayon also is a member of the board of Telrad Connegy and the Telecommunications Industry Association (TIA).
