Richard Henry Karpinski, Documentation Generalist, Raskin Center

Richard Karpinski came to wish for more bug free and more usable computer applications during three decades of helping others use computers in a university setting. When faced with the good fortune of encountering the wondrous Jef Raskin, he quickly joined in Jef's efforts to improve computing for people. After succeeding with helping Jef finish and publish The Humane Interface, Dick joined the Raskin Center for Humane Interfaces as a Documentation Generalist, assisting in the creation of Archy, intended to exemplify and promote the ideas expressed in the book.
