Ross Brennan is CEO and co-founder of Cicero Networks, an Irish headquartered software company that specializes in the development of voice over wireless IP solutions for the carrier and service provider market. Ross has extensive experience in the international software industry, providing solutions to multinational companies, including telecommunication operators and their enterprise customers. He is a regular speaker at conferences and forums, addressing the opportunities and challenges associated with delivering real-time communications over wired and wireless IP networks.
Barlow Keener, Attorney, Keener Law Group
Barlow Keener is a telecom attorney with Keener Law Group. He has extensive experience in telecommunications, internet, and entertainment law. He helps clients in the wireless, video on the internet, VoIP, and telecommunications industries. Prior to Keener Law Group, Barlow served as CEO and Legal Counsel for a regional facilities-based CLEC in New England. He was instrumental in implementing strategic partnerships and designing the network. Anatoli Levine is Senior Director of Software Support at RADVISION. He joined RADVISION in 1998 as a senior software engineer, working on all aspects of designing and implementing the company's H.323 solutions. Since 1999, Levine has been responsible for a group of engineers that provide support and consulting services for all RADVISION Technology Business Unit's ToolKit products implementing international standards like SIP, H.323, MGCP/MEGACO, 3G-324M and others.
