Jim Freeze, Senior Vice President, Marketing and Alliances, BelAir Networks

Jim brings over 20 years of executive management experience to BelAir Networks, where he is responsible for product management, product marketing, business development and marketing communications activities for the company’s comprehensive family of products. Prior to joining BelAir, Jim was Chief Marketing Officer at 3Com Corporation where he led the company's marketing efforts worldwide. Before 3Com, he was Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer for Centra Software. Previously, Jim was Global Vice President, Marketing at Level (3), a Fortune 1000 global telecommunications and Internet service provider. He also worked at Genuity, where he held senior management positions in marketing and sales, and at CompuServe as Director of Product Marketing and Strategic Initiatives.
Jim became a recognized Internet authority when he served as Senior Telecom Analyst at Forrester Research, responsible for coverage in the telecom and Internet space. Jim earned a Juris Doctor, magna cum laude from Capital University Law School in Columbus, Ohio. He also holds a Master of Arts in Mathematics, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Education, from Ohio State University.



Tom Henderson, Managing Director, ExtremeLabs

Tom Henderson is principal researcher for ExtremeLabs, Inc., which performs systems analysis and performance testing in medium- to high-end networking and microprocessor-based systems platforms. Prior, Henderson was Senior Vice President of Unitel, and its successor company, publicly-traded Telecomm Industries Corporation, one of the largest interconnects in North America. His responsibilities were architectural/framework design and engineering overview and oversight, as well as serving as principal engineering liaison to business partners. Henderson co-founded the Local Area Network Dealers Association, and was also the founder of the Computer Telephony Resellers Association. He currently serves on the technical program committee of the International Communications Association (ICA) and as a director of PBS affiliate WFYI-20 in Indianapolis. He's working on his Ph.D. in computer science research.



Martin Levetin, VP Carrier and Municipal Networks, Strix Systems

Mr. Levetin has held many significant industry positions throughout his esteemed career. Prior to joining Strix he was VP NeoReach Wireless, where he pioneered the municipal wireless business, establishing a key position as a leading municipal wireless operator. Mr. Levetin was the founder and CEO of Evergreen Open Broadband, a pioneer in the wholesale wireless model, CEO of Sharegate and was the founder and COO of CopperCom, where he pioneered a new class of integrated voice-data DSL products. Among other positions, Mr. Levetin was the CEO of Socket Communications and a Venture Partner at Blueprint Ventures. He holds BS and PHD degrees in EE from Northeastern and an MS in Management from Pace University.
