NEW YORK, NY, March 28/PRNewswire/ -- Jeff Pulver ('Pulver'), publisher of
Netwatch (http://www.pulver.com/netwatch), an internet publication,
announced today that that he has settled his lawsuit with Third Planet
Publishing of Dallas, Texas, a wholly owned subsidiary of Camelot
Corporation (NASDAQ:CAML).
Pulver said, "This case has been resolved by agreement satisfactory to
all parties."
The terms of the Agreed Final Judgement are below:

AGREED FINAL JUDGMENT
On this date, came Plaintiff, Third Planet Publishing, Inc.
("Third Planet") and Defendant Jeff Pulver ("Pulver") the remaining
parties, and announced, prior to trial, that they have agreed to settle
the claims in issue in this action and to the entry of this Agreed Final
Judgment. The Court being of the opinion that this judgment should be
entered as agreed to by the parties, find as follows:
1. The Court has subject matter jurisdiction of this action and
personal jurisdiction over the Defendant, Jeff Pulver.
2. Third Planet owns federally registered copyright in, and to the
Digiphone system driver made the subject of this suit.
3. Pulver admits infringing Third Planet's copyright by allowing
Third Planet's driver software to be posted to his file transfer
protocol (ftp) site so that it could be downloaded by readers of
Pulver's mailing list, and admits that at least sixty seven (67)
readers of his mailing list downloaded a portion of Third
Planet's driver software without Third Planet's permission.
4. Pulver did not post, distribute or ever have in his possession
or make available any of Third Planet's source code.
It is ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that:
5. Defendant, Jeff Pulver is hereby permanently enjoined as
follows:
Jeff Pulver shall not operate, maintain or control any file
transfer protocol (ftp)site (or any other site on a computer
facilitating transfer of files over the internet) in a manner as
would permit someone to upload Third Planet's copyrighted
software to such site and make it available for download by
others.
6. All relief sought in Third Planet's complaint that is not
specifically granted is denied, and each party shall pay its own
attorney's fees.
