Dear Mr. Pulver:

Camelot Corporation and Third Planet Publishing, the owners of the Digiphone
software copyright and trademarks have been advised that you have posted
portions of the Digiphone program on your internet web page, specifically
the Soundblaster 16 drivers, for free download.  This is a blatent
infringement of the Digiphone copyrights and trademarks.  No one has a
license to post any or all of the Digiphone program on the internet for free
download.

You are to immediately cease and desist all posting of the Digiphone program
on your web page or in any other form granting someone free access to that
program. Remove the drivers from the page and any other portion of the
program on the page immediately.  Also provide me a list of all users who
have downloaded this information.

I expect a response within twenty-four (24) hours or I will begin legal
proceedings.
