CAMELOT'S SUBSIDIARY, THIRD PLANET PUBLISHING, FILES
COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT LAWSUIT AGAINST JEFF PULVER

DALLAS, Dec. 5

Camelot Corporation (NASDAQ symbolCAML), announces
that its subsidiary Third Planet Publishing, Inc.,publishers of
DigiPhone, the world's first full duplexing phonesystem for the
Internet, has filed a lawsuit against Jeff Pulver("Pulver"). Third
Planet filed suit for damages for copyright infringement and
misappropriation of trade secrets. It also seeks a preliminary
injunction preventing Pulver from posting on the Internet, or anywhere
else, Third Planet's confidential copyrighted information, and
requiring Pulver to disclose the names of persons who accessed his
Internet web page and downloaded Third Planet'sproprietary software.

Pulver, who runs an IRC server on the Internet for users
of Vocaltec's Internet Phone, posted a part of DigiPhone's
proprietary software code on his World Wide Web page a few days ago.
The proprietary code, which enables full duplexing to occur
on Soundblaster 16 soundcards, was acknowledged by Pulver to be part
ofthe DigiPhone code but was nevertheless posted by Pulver on his
WebPage with an invitation to Internet users to download the code
to their computers. Third Planet's attorney has now caused Pulver
to remove the code from his Web Page, however Pulver has refused
to provide a list of users who have downloaded the code.

"Third Planet believes this is a flagrant act of
copyright infringement by an individual who represents a competing
yet inferior technology. It also believes that Pulver is a disgrace
to the Internet community and Third Planet intends to prosecute
this suit to the fullest extent allowed by the law" said Danny
Wettreich, chairman and chief executive officer of Camelot Corporation.

In the same lawsuit, Third Planet Publishing has suedPerformance
Systems, Inc., dba PSINet ("PSINet") the Internet access provider who
facilitate Pulver's World Wide Web Page on the Internet, and who offer
Vocaltec's product to their customers. PSINet refused to disconnect
Pulver from the World Wide Web despite being advised of the complaint.
Third Planet is seeking damages.
