Chris Celiberti, VP, Business Development & Carrier Relations, LibreTel
Christopher Celiberti is the president and founder of bill me up consulting, A consulting practice that specializes in billing and operational support systems for the telecommunication and health care industries. Mr. Celiberti has seven years of Telecom expertise. Prior to founding bill me up consulting Mr. Celiberti held technical and non-technical positions for several fortune 500 companies. Mr. Celiberti holds a Bachelors of Science degree from Chadwick University and an International degree in Computer Information Systems from University of California Berkeley.
Eric Hernaez, President, telic.net
Hernaez, 36, is the founder and President of telic.net, a provider of managed VoIP billing solutions. He is conceptual architect of telic’s platform. Prior to founding telic, Hernaez worked as Vice President of Business Development for Linkon Corporation, a manufacturer of telephony switching equipment. Before that, he was the Chief Operating Officer of Sequel Communications, an international long distance carrier, and the company that established the first commercial Internet Service Provider (ISP) in the Philippines. Hernaez earned a JD degree from Temple University School of Law, and has worked as an attorney focusing on international telecommunications issues. He also holds a BA degree in Marketing from Temple.
Tim Hoolihan, VP, Marketing and Product Management, Primal Solutions
Tim Hoolihan has been in the VOIP and IP Services business for over six years. As VP of Marketing and Product Management, he is responsible for Primal's strategic product and partner initiatives. He frequently speaks concerning OSS and managing new service at industry conferences. Prior to joining Primal, Mr. Hoolihan was a business consultant to technology companies, co-founded a venture-backed content aggregation service and was a commercial lawyer.
Liam Maxwell, Director of Product Marketing, Portal Software
Liam Maxwell, Director of Product Marketing at Portal Software, is responsible for Portal's product solution and market strategy. He came to the company in 1999 specifically to focus on Portal's entry into the wireless market, and now has responsibility for all target markets. Previously, Liam held prominent positions with Aerial Communications and Computer Sciences Corporation. Liam has spent over ten years working on billing issues in the telecommunications industry for service providers, specialized consulting firms and billing software providers. Liam graduated from Illinois State University in 1993, with a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration and information systems.
