Chris Celiberti, Director Advanced Services, NeuStar Chris Celiberti works in the strategic technologies group at NeuStar, Inc. and is a telecommunications VoIP veteran focused on the OSS\BSS space. Chris has worked in positions including System Engineering, Product and Program Management and Business Development for several fortune 500 companies. Additionally, Chris has been an active participant in several global standards groups as well as an industry speaker.
Tom Kershaw, Vice President, VeriSign Tom Kershaw is responsible for a suite of new service offerings for next-generation networks worldwide. Mr. Kershaw joined VeriSign with 12 years experience in product design for VoIP, Intelligent Network systems and enhanced services. Prior to VeriSign, he was CTO at SS8 Networks, where he was responsible for overall engineering design for voice messaging, VoIP, and Lawful Intercept products. Prior to SS8 Networks, Mr. Kershaw was Vice President of Strategic Marketing at Clarent Corporation. Mr. Kershaw holds a B.A. in Economics/Political Science from New York University, an M.A. in Latin American Economics from the University of London and a DIP in Economics from the London School of Economics.
Baruch Sterman, CEO, Kayote Dr. Sterman is the CEO and founder of Kayote Networks, a VoIP company specializing in Session Management layer services and applications. Dr. Sterman became a recognized industry expert in VoIP technologies as Vice President of Research & Development and Chief Scientist at deltathree. There, he was responsible for the design and implementation of the company's real-time billing system and SIP network. |
