Jeff Liebl, VP, Marketing, Ubiquity Software Jeff Liebl brings both enterprise and service provider communications industry experience, as well as voice and data expertise, to his role at Ubiquity. Liebl is responsible for all outbound marketing activities as well as internal product line management. Liebl's communications experience includes management roles in corporate development, business development, product and vertical marketing at Jetstream Communications and 3Com Corporation, along with experience as a strategic marketing consultant to the high performance communications and computing industry at Smaby Group, Inc. Liebl has presented to audiences at numerous industry conferences and seminars. He earned his Bachelor of Arts, Magna Cum Laude, at the University of St. Thomas and his Master of Business Administration from The University of Michigan Business School.
Ben Lilienthal, CEO, VAPPS Mr. Lilienthal is experienced spotting market needs and executing successful sales and distribution strategies around them. Prior to founding Vapps, he founded Nascent Technologies. Nascent became a leading provider of web-based email software through OEM/VAR relationships with companies like SUN and direct sales to service providers such as France Telecom and Hong Kong Telecom. Nascent was acquired in by CMGI and then by Sendmail. Mr. Lilienthal is a graduate of Amherst College and received his MBA from NYU. Kevin Mc Cracken, Director, Product Management, Newstep Networks As director of product management at NewStep Networks, Kevin is part of a team focused on solidifying NewStep’s position as a leader in delivering converged call management solutions that enable the delivery of profitable services spanning fixed and mobile network environments.

Carl Rijsbrack, Mktg. Director Service Delivery Environment, Alcatel Bell Carl Rijsbrack, Marketing Director Service Delivery Environment, has eight years of experience in the telecommunication sector. Starting with Alcatel as a project engineer, he has spent his first years operating and deploying telecom sectors (SDH, ATM, IP) with a number of operators around the world. During that period a focus on managing networks drove him into network and service management solutions design and implementation. For the last four years Carl has been involved in the rollout of data networks for Alcatel, including xDSL, ATM, and IP. In this role he was taking care of the business strategies, solutions design, and operational implementation of these networks. Currently, Carl Rijsbrack is responsible for managing the Alcatel Service Delivery Environment portfolio.
