Carl Baptiste joined Avaya in June of 2003 as Vice President of Product Management for the Converged Systems Division. He has an extensive background in data and voice networks, with 20 years of experience in bringing complex communications systems to the market. His background includes senior positions in engineering, sales, operations, and product management. With a focus on product management in the past 10 years, Mr. Baptiste has held product management leadership positions at Convergent Networks and Nortel Networks (from Wellfleet Communications through the acquisition of Bay Networks).
