Spring 2004 VON Conference & Expo FAQ’s
What does my badge entitle me to at VON?
Where and when is the earliest that I can pick up my Badge?
If I have not yet registered, will I be able to register at the event?

What does my badge entitle me to at VON?
- VON Package:
- Access to all VON sessions (Workshops, Keynotes, Industry Perspectives, Breakouts, General Sessions) Sunday March 28th- Thursday April 1st
- Continental Breakfast, Sit Down Lunch, Coffee & Snack Breaks, Monday March 29th- Thursday April 1st
- Access to the Exhibit Hall Monday March 29th - Wednesday March 31st during open hours
- Access to Opening Reception Sunday March 28th
- Access to Welcome Reception Monday March 29th
- One pass to Jeff’s All Conference Party Tuesday March 30th
- Conference CD which will be mailed to you by May 1st
- Full Conference:
- Access to all VON sessions (Keynotes, Industry Perspectives, Breakouts, General Sessions) Tuesday March 30th- Thursday April 1st
- Continental Breakfast, Sit Down Lunch, Coffee & Snack Breaks, Tuesday, March 30th- Thursday April 1st
- Access to the Exhibit Hall Monday March 29th - Wednesday March 31st during open hours
- Access to Welcome Reception Monday March 29th
- One pass to Jeff’s All Conference Party Tuesday March 30th
- Conference CD which will be mailed to you by May 1st
- One Day Passes or Monday/Tuesday Combo
- All VON sessions, Exhibit Hall and meal access but ONLY for the specific day and date you have registered for. For example, if you are holding a Wednesday One Day Pass, you will only have access to VON on Wednesday March 31st
- Conference CD which will be mailed to you by May 1st
- Exhibits Only
- Access to the Exhibit Hall Monday March 29th - Wednesday March 31st during open hours
- Access to Welcome Reception Monday March 29th
- Access to all Keynote Speakers (Please check VON schedule page for specific times www.von.com/schedule.html)
- PLEASE NOTE that Keynotes are NOT the same as Industry Perspectives and General Sessions. An Exhibits Only Pass will not allow you access to any Industry Perspectives, General Sessions, Workshops, or Breakouts

Where and when is the earliest that I can pick up my Badge?
- While a Full Conference Pass, One Day Pass, or Exhibits Only Pass only gives you access to VON on the specific days listed above, you can pick up those badges the evening before - so while a Tuesday One Day Pass is technically only good for Tuesday, March 30th, you can pick up that badge after 5pm Monday, March 29th and have access to the Welcome Reception and Exhibit Hall on Monday evening. Other pick up times are as follows:
- VON Package, Monday Workshop, Monday/Tuesday Combo
- Beginning Sunday March 28th 4pm
- Full Conference, Tuesday One Day Pass, Exhibits Only
- Beginning Monday March 29th 5pm
- Wednesday One Day Pass
- Beginning Tuesday March 30th 5pm
- Thursday One Day Pass
- Beginning Wednesday March 31st 5pm
- All badges can be picked up at the Spring 2004 VON registration desk located in the Main Lobby of the Santa Clara Convention Center.
- Please be prepared to present a photo id and company business card

If I have not yet registered, will I be able to register at the event?
- Yes, we will be able to accommodate onsite registrations, but please be aware that seating is limited and this onsite option may not be available, as we get closer to Spring 2004 VON
- Please be prepared to present a photo id and company business card

Will I be able to store luggage at the event?
- Yes, if you are coming to VON straight from the airport OR if you wish to bring your luggage on the day you depart, we will have a luggage check area available.
- Please make sure to review the hours posted at the luggage check since we will not hold luggage after the show closes each night.

Will transportation be provided at Spring 2004 VON?
- No; the two primary conference hotels (The Westin Santa Clara and Hilton Santa Clara) are only a short walk from the convention center.
- There are several other hotels in the area where attendees can stay. Both the Holiday Inn Great America and Biltmore Hotel & Suites provide a shuttle service to the convention center.
- Otherwise, please check with your hotel to see whether they provide transportation to the Santa Clara Convention Center.
- Please make all Spring 2004 VON hotel reservations through our official housing bureau Par Avion (www.von.com/hotel.html)

Will transportation by provided to Jeff’s All Conference Party?
- Yes, but only from the Santa Clara Convention Center. Please check the party invitation for specific details about the shuttle service to the party.
