Testing notes - VocalData

Here is my feedback. I thought It went great.

We tested with 10 different vendors.

Here are the results:

Successes:

Between VocalData and : Startek, Adtech, Nortel, Comgates, Mockingbird, and Nuera, we made calls and received calls successfully using different types of supported phones in the VocalData Domain.

Between VocalData and : Voyent, and VocalTec, They received calls from us. (They both do not generate calls back to us. That is how their product works)

Problems:

Between Vocaldata and Pingtel: We made calls to them fine, we received a call from them and talked ok but we had some problems at teardown. We know what the problem is and are currently fixing it.

Between VocalData and Indigo: we originally had some networking problems because they were on a different subnet. Once we overcame that we had trouble making calls and we ran out of time to get it working. They Emailed me the message flow and we are trying to debug now.
