Mike Borsetti, President & CEO, Borsetti & Co.

Mike Borsetti is a consultant to early-stage companies and venture investors. He has 16 years of experience in managing fast-growing ventures in emerging technologies and telecommunications services, including packetized voice, broadband, and wireless. He held several executive positions at NorthPoint Communications, a pioneering DSL services provider acquired by AT&T, which he joined in the early stages and grew exponentially to 1,800 employees serving 200 metropolitan areas within three years of inception. Previously, Mr. Borsetti was Director of Product Management and Marketing at BACTC (now AT&T Wireless Services), where he launched a CDPD-based wireless data network, the second digital cellular service in North America and the industry-pioneering first flat-rate roaming price plan. He



Brian Caskey, VP International Marketing – Strategic Technology, UTStarcom

Caskey is responsible for the International Marketing organization at UTStarcom. Previously Caskey was responsible for design and architecture of Next Generation Wireline and Wireless SoftSwitch based packet networks. In his eight years with the company, Caskey has spoken at many industry related events and evangelized SoftSwitch and Packetized Telephony throughout the Americas, Europe and Asia. Caskey has also designed ATM, Frame Relay and IP networks for retail, financial, public utility and service provider clients.

Caskey has over twenty years of experience in the telecommunications industry. Prior to joining UTStarcom, he held positions with 3Com, Timeplex and GTE Spacenet.



Chris Haddock, European marketing Director, Ubiquity Software Corporation

Chris brings over 20 years experience in the telecommunications industry and is responsible for all aspects of marketing across the Ubiquity software product range in Europe, Middle East and Africa, including a specific focus on the wireless sector. Prior to joining Ubiquity, he held several senior positions in marketing and product management for Newbridge Networks, CASE Communications, Inmac and ITT. His experience includes leading edge projects from advanced multiplexers through to ATM and IP products, predominantly in the service provider solutions space.

Chris graduated with a degree in Physics from Manchester University in the UK and holds a diploma in Management Studies from Aveley Management College in the UK. Chris is also a Chartered Engineer (CEng.)
